K+L DO-IT-YOURSELF STAGING REPORT

After a consultation and comprehensive evaluation of the property, K+L offers a seller or realtor two options for a DO-IT-YOURSELF staging. One option is a customized written report by K+L that explains in great detail what the owner or realtor should do to stage the property for a sale. The second option is for the home owner or realtor to take notes while K+L goes room by room from basement to mail box describing what changes should be made and how to achieve them.

K+L FULL STAGING

We edit and rearrange using the existing furnishings. We move furniture from one room to another, repurpose items and if needed, add accessories from the K+L inventory. Any items that require renting or purchasing for staging, must be approved by the seller. K+L will also supervise any repairs agreed upon and will return to prep for an Open House or to assist in the MLS photography.

K+L PUTS ON A REALLY BIG SHOW

This is particularly ideal for vacant properties or new construction. K+L furnishes and decorates one room or the entire house, inside and outside. We are able to provide every item necessary and will provide paint color recommendations. We will turn a cold, empty property into a dazzling show case.
