Katherine Stern's success in home staging comes as no surprise considering her years as an award-winning Creative Director in advertising. Developing television commercials and magazine advertising for fashion and lifestyle clients helped hone her abilities to stage properties for profitable sales. Katherine's enthusiasm and creativity is readily apparent as she quickly and efficiently brings out the best in every staging project.

Years of experience working with clients have given Katherine the skills and sensitivity needed to successfully work with home owners. She has also developed condominiums and supervised private residential renovations. Katherine is an elected member of the Board of Directors of RESANY (Real Estate Staging Association of New York) and has been awarded the designation RESA PRO.

Katherine Stern is a Certified New York State Building Inspector trained in multiple aspects of home safety, building regulations and codes.
